We share it only with trusted parties who help us operate, and only as necessary, including: Couriers and delivery partners, to deliver your order; Payment processors, to take payment securely; Website hosting and IT service providers, who maintain our systems; and
Regulatory, tax, or law-enforcement authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
These parties are required to protect your information and may only use it for the purpose we provide it.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, hosting or analytics) may process data outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by a comparable level of safeguards, as required by section 72 of POPIA.
